Christmas of course starts Christmas Eve. Every year the kids get jammies from grandma on Christmas Eve that she makes. This year we were on our own for Christmas Eve for the first time since we've been married. So we opened our own jammies, and the girls had to wait to get theirs until we went to grandma's Christmas day. Then we read a Christmas Story.
here we all are in our pajamas. (big surprise once again Aubrey isn't looking at the camera.)
Christmas morning was fun. The girls were so excited, and it was nice to open presents alone, not that I don't love family. Emily is our big singer so I had to get a picture of her with her microphone.
Aubrey was so excited for her kitchen we had to make her open the rest of her presents. Once she figured out there was more fun stuff for her she really got into opening the presents.

Emily was the most excited about getting the Wii. She kicks everyone's butt at bowling.

Another picture of Emily with her presents. Santa went over board again this year someone needs to have a talk with him.

After opening presents we hurried and packed up to go to Minersville. We had to drive in a snow storm for half of the trip, but we made it o.k.
The girls loved playing with cousins and teasing their older cousins Bret, Tyler , and Chase. Here is Aubrey playing with her cousin Haylee.
We visited cousins at their house, this is Emily with Devyn and Haylee. We also went to Kaydee, Rylee, Rhet, and Jared's house, but I forgot my camera.
Aubrey is such a princess, she kept dragging her purse everywhere and putting on the sunglasses that came with it. We had to keep finding where she threw off her real glasses to put the sunglasses on. That's what happens when you have a 2 year old in glasses.
We had a great Christmas, and we tried to remind the girls what it was really about, but I think it went in one ear and out the other.
For New Years we went to our friends the Lloyd's and played games till midnight, even the kids. It was so much fun, the girls did o.k. staying up that late, but they were tired the next day. Thanks for inviting us Brandee and Jeremy you guys are the best!
Lastly for the announcement. I'm sure you can already guess, but we are going to be having our 3rd baby the beginning of July. We are so excited and can't wait to meet him or her. According to Mike if it's not a him he gives up. As for me I would be happy with a boy or girl. I love my girls so much and they bring such joy in my life. I will let you know when we find out. If it's a girls Mike will just have to make her his hunting buddy, because the other 2 are definately girly girls. Well thats it for now, hopefully it won't be too long until my next post, but knowing how I am lately it probably will be.
