Last week Emily and I went on a mommy daughter date. First we went to dinner at the best place ever (according to Emily) Clarls Jr. You get star shaped chicken nuggets and a toy! Life doesn't get much better. If you want to eat somewhere she always asks if they give you a toy, like that is the only thing that matters about where you eat. After dinner we went to her dance show. She is in dance, but every year they do a show for kids who want to choreograph their own dances. I am definately not a dancer and Emily is still young, so she wasn't in the show. It was fun to go though and see all the dances. A few of them were from her class and Emily really liked those ones, because she knew the girls. We had so much fun, I love spending time with Emily she is an amazing girl with such a sweet spirit. I love you honey.

That is really sweet! I can't wait for my kids to get a bit older to do fun dates like that. That is so funny that her favorite places are where they give her a toy.
I can't get over what a mini Ronda she is! That's so sweet for you to spend time with her like that. My husband and I always talk about how important that is. I did a little date with my older one too just last week. It's so sweet and fun and I'm sure they love having that one on one time.

Ok I am the biggest slacker at posting and leaving comments. Sounds like you had fun. The one on one time is the best because there is no FIGHTING just lots of talking because they usually never shut up! Love ya both!
How fun! I really should do dates with my kids. It's crazy how much she looks like you and Bridget at that age. :-)
